Through the scope I see it’s all warm…intense dancing colors swarm in. Straight ahead is land. I blink. The reel begins to play… I was once that little girl with her peach dress laughing innocence to the melody of childhood. Barefoot walking through the hot desert before dawn searching for the start line. A creator of beautiful fantasies. A Gypsy blowing wherever I was told. Inhaling bits of memories and lessons of each pit stop. Howling at the moon waiting for my embraced new life. Speeding forward I see the city lights flickering words of hope. Black and blue bandaids of learning. The more I blink the years glide quicker to the end. Reaching forward I embrace each moment kissing each one on the forehead. I love. I crave to be breathless in life. I open my eyes and smile.
